Hi! It may not be a heat sink problem, but i believe that its a fan problem. You may think that the fan is working fine but the question is, is it strong enough to drive away the heat. Replace the fan, make sure that its strong enough to drive away the heat and I assure you it will be resolved. Hope this helps and have a good one!
