Try with some other key board and the same problem exists means there is some booting problem. Call the service engineer to fix it.

On your handset, press the Mute (the button also has an envelope to indicate messages). Press 5 on the handset to stop the playback of messages (if any are on the machine). When the handset beeps, press 8 on the keypad of the handset. When you hear "Record greeting", then speak your message. When you are done, press 8 or 5 to stop recording.

Note the answering machine must be on before you start. Press the On/Off button on the base.

I hope this helps.

How do i change my vociemail message for the Dect 6.0?

Reording a Personal Greeting Press /mute. The system announces the number of new and old messages, then starts to play the messages unless it has no messages. Press 5 to stop the announcements or message playback. You will hear intermittent beeps indicating that the system is in the command waiting mode. Press 8 to start the recording. The system announces, "Record greeting." Begin recording after the announcement. When you finish recording, press 8 again or press 5. You will hear a confirmation tone, and your recorded greeting plays back for you.
Selecting a Greeting Once you have recorded a personal greeting, the phone automatically switches to your personal greeting. You can also switch back and forth between the pre-recorded greeting and your own greeting at any time. Press /mute. The system announces the number of new and old messages, then starts to play the messages unless it has no messages. Press 5 to stop the announcements or message playback. You will hear intermittent beeps indicating that the system is in the command waiting mode. Press 6. The system plays the current greeting.
To keep this greeting: Do nothing.. To switch to the other greeting: Press 6 while the system is playing the current greeting. Each time you press 6, the system switches between the pre-recorded and the personal greeting. The last greeting you hear is used as the current greeting.
Deleting Your Personal Greeting You can delete your personal greeting from the base. You cannot delete the pre-recorded greeting. Press /mute. The system announces the number of new and old messages, then starts to play the messages unless it has no messages. Press 5 to stop the announcements or message playback. You will hear intermittent beeps indicating that the system is in the command waiting mode. Press 6. The system plays the current greeting. Switch to your personal greeting if necessary. (See the previous section to switch the greeting.)
While the personal greeting is playing, press 4. The system announces "Greeting has been deleted," and switches back to the pre-recorded greeting.

When it starts it beeps 3 times and then shuts down

It sounds like it might have overheated, first let it cool down for a little while then and try again. If it starts working again, get compressed air and clean out the PS3, and possibly get an external fan to stop so this doesn't happen again. If the PS3 still does the 3 beeps try putting the PS3 in recovery mode by going to the recovery menu. Which can be done by doing the following.
  • Turn off the PS3
  • Hold the power button down; the system should turn on and turn itself off.
  • Once its turned it self back off press the power button intill you hear to beeps
  • After you hear the beeps let go of the power button
  • You will told to plug your controller in and press the PS button
  • Then the recovery menu will pop up
If the PS3 still doesn't turn on it be dead and need to be replaced. Best of luck!

Is there a way to stop the beep when you press the start/stop button for the stopwatch function?

There is no easy way to stop the beeping when you press start/stop on the timer. What I did was open up the unit. There are 4 small Phillips screws that hold the unit together. Unscrew them all. When opening the unit, be very careful of the buttons and the springs that may fly off. Then, on the back side of the timer is this silver metal disc (the speaker) with two white wires connected to it. Sever one of the wires. That should stop any and all beeping from the timer. Reassemble the unit.

Note: This will also disable all noise from the hourly chime and the alarm. No beeping noise will ever emit from this unit again. If you need beep back, re-solder the severed wire back to the speaker.

After you might have put in your XP CD in the CD DRIVE then your restart your system and once is coming on again it prompt for you to press anykey so as to boot from the CD you insert into it then when you press anykey it start immediately and you follow the commands or if is not bringing the press anykey to boot from CD then from restart press the F6 so for you to adjust the setting to Boot from CD as the first Booting sequence and Hard disk as the Second booting device ok then it you press ok and save changes and continue . i hope you will understand like that or probably still use the factory setting by pressing F11 from start up and it will load your system to the way the manufacturer produces it well functioning.

Timex Indiglo WR 30M

to turn off hourly chime on the times wr 30m, simply press (in any mode, i just use the regular clock mode) the start/stop button (top right hand button) once (for about half a second).
if you don't hear anything, you've turned off the hourly chime!  if you hear two short beeps, you've turned on the hourly chime.    turning the chime off/on is cyclic.  if you press once and hear nothing, it's off.  if you press again, you'll hear two beeps and the hourly chime is now on.    a lot of times that button hits my wrist (i wear it on my left hand) by accident, and that's how the chime turns on and off.  i hope this helps someone.
