Hello,

I believe this problem does not occur all the time, it is just once in a while, whenever it occurs like that, the problem is slow response from your internet connection.

The problem is that the internet connection on your laptop is malfunctioning, many atimes when the internet connection is very slow or not responding very well, such problem do occur.

All you need to do is to check your internet connection or perhaps you restart your system and internet.

You can also wait a while and log in later when the internet connection is good, normal and at speed.

If the internet is not still responding very well, you can contact your internet service provider to lodge complain about the slow respond you are getting from their service.

Take care.

    Hello,

As i have said, this is a network problem from your internet, it is not a regular issue, just occur once in a while, when your internet network is back in good condition, everything will be back as well in condition on your facebook account.

    Take care.

    Hello,

I advice you log into facebook on another system and to see if the problem is from facebook, if it is not the same way you get it on your laptop, it means it is a virus problem.

If it is not a problem from facebook, it means your laptop as virus that is why your home page is not properly align.

You will need to scan your system with an active anti virus to remove the virus, otherwise the your facebook page will keep that way and sooner or later it will start affecting some other things.

So quickly scan your system with a very strong and an active anti virus to solve the problem of your facebook account.

    Take care.

All account are opening except my account im a new user of this facebook im eager to chat with my frnds in facebook but only my accoun is not signing in.in other case if my account is open it is showing...

Have you tried settings (top right of your screen) and go into account settings? Failing that, join a free user group thats on FB called 'Make contacting Facebook to complain EASIER', look it up, request to join, you will be accepted. Then post your problem on there and one of the members may be able to help you with a solution. Get your friends to join the group too, the more people the group have the bigger membership and voice we will have to FB to tell them to give us an option to complain/report problems directly to them! Hope this helps :-) Lynn.
