I was install the os window7 for new ssd in my laptop but unfortunatly was not install and reback my old hard drive install but then after i turn on the laptop but screen was not start.

open your laptor, plug off bios bettery, then plun in again, that will reset bios password

Unless you're familiar with Microsoft diagnostics and XP Recovery Console, I think that the quickest way to solve the problem is to use the XP CD and perform a "repair installation". Beware that the supplied CD disk is indeed an installation CD and not a "wipeout and reinstall" disk (many recovery disks are programmed like this, and using them will make you LOSE any personal data in the laptop!). If it is, you'll have to boot using a backup LiveCD (e.g. UBCD, http://www.ultimatebootcd.com/, or XP Rescue), backup the data on an external USB unit, and then do the recovery. On the plus side, this procedure is much more thorough than Windows' repair install. On the minus side, you'll have to reinstall any programs and customizations.

Try, however, to boot with UBCD and check the disk is intact first thing. It might also be a more easily solvable problem, after all.
