Gaskets on this kind of faucets wear out often so you have to replace them, follow instructions

Fix a kohler faucet
most likely the gasket broke inside the lever, you have to replace it.
shut the water off from the angle stop (valve under the sink) both hot and cold.
use an allen wrench ("L" wrench) to remove the tiny screw around the lever, >>>>before you do that place a rag covering the drain for if you drop it<<<< after that pull the lever out, that will show the inside of the faucet. use an adjustable wrench to remove the actuator from the base. when you get that part out you should be able to see the damage to the gasket. At that point you need a phillips screwdriver to get the gasket out and back in >>>>take the damaged gasket to the hardware store<<<< and get a replacement you may have to change more than one. after you get all the gaskets in place, reinsert the actuator and don't forget to tight it up with the adjustable wrench. center it so it would dispense the same amount of hot and cold water, replace the lever reinsert the tiny screw with the "L" wrench. turn on water from angle valves and test faucet.
that should do it and save you about 300 bucks
if it works for you don't forget to rate me

How to fix a Glacier Bay Bathroom Faucet/ Leonardo

Usually they have a small screw, but its hidden under a cap. Look at the handles you should see a small plastic cap sometimes colored red and blue for hot/cold. Using tip of small knife pop out the cap/plug. The screw holding the handle on is in there.

How to remove leaking neck of old two handle kitchen faucet and fix

The cap at the top will either unscrew, or pry up with a small flat blade. Will be one or the other, haven't seen one of these in many years so I don't remember.. If its leaking around the spout at the base you will need to replace the O rings. Moen provides many repair kits for free. Go to H Depot and ask the plumbing guy to give you a repair kit for this model, it may be free, with instructions included!

Full tank but no gas smell and just bought a new hose and regulator

follow this steps and fix it. God bless you
Test the propane tank valve for leaks:
  1. Turn the grill control knobs on the front (and, on some models, the side) of the barbecue to the off position.
  2. Turn the propane tank valve fully counterclockwise to close it.
  3. Mix a test solution of equal parts of dishwashing liquid and water in a small container.
  4. To test for leaks, apply the test solution liberally to the connection between the regulator fitting and the tank valve using a small paint brush. Apply the test solution to the valve handle and threads, the length of the hose, and the connection between the hose and the regulator. If bubbles appear at any point, there is a gas leak.
  5. Tighten the connections and retest.
  6. If you still see bubbles at any of the tested connections, close the tank valve and replace the leaking component.
Test the hose fittings for leaks:
  1. With the tank valve open, brush the test solution on the fitting at the other end of the hose, located under the control knobs.
  2. Turn the control knob to high and test the hose and fittings leading from the control knob to the grill. Turn the right control knob to off. Repeat the process for the other control knobs.
  3. If you see any bubbles during any of these tests, close the tank valve and contact your propane dealer or your local gas utility. Do not use the barbecue until the leak is corrected

Nozzle leak

If it leaks out of the spout replace valve. If it leaks out of knob post replace packing seal. You might get away with just tightening packing cap.(The 1st nut under handle). Try small increments or you might split packing .

Sprayer leaking from inside handle mechanism

although it is possible that the spray head has gone bad, it is more likely that the diverter mechanism inside the kitchen faucet needs replaced. When this part is defective, it allows full pressure from the faucet to go to sprayer head even though the sprayer is not triggered. The sprayer is not designed to handle full pressure when it is not spraying.

Rowenta Steam Iron Leak

I have purchased two Rowenta irons. Both have the problem with water leakage. The entire iron looses all of it's water....both in the stand up position and the sitting down position. This happened after a couple of months for both items. I contacted Rowenta and they never responded. I will never purchase another item from them. Obviously, the irons must be defective. I'm going to contact consumer affairs.
