The flash is located on the front of the camera, above and to the right of the lens.
The instructions for using the flash begin on page 8 of the manual. Be aware that the flash is for still photos only, not for videos.

This type of radio has a button for setting the time. You can set the time by following these steps:
Turn the ignition key to ACC/ACCESSORY or ON/RUN. Press the knob, located in the center of the radio, to turn the radio on.

While either the hour or the minute numbers are flashing, turn the knob, located on the upper right side of the radio, clockwise or counterclockwise to increase or decrease the time.

To change the time default setting from 12 hour to 24 hour, press the button and then the pushbutton located under the forward arrow label. Flashing Lights

The flashing lights meen there is a configureation problem with your snapgear. Check your settings to make sure thay are current for your new location. Just because you own an IP/DNS from one service does not mean that it will be valid from another service. Some services use a system where you set your router to DHCP and they assign you your static IP/DNS. Also Snapgear routers have configurable ports so they are going to be picky about what is plugged into what port. Hope this helps
