Hi,
First off how long have you owned the unit and how long have you had this problem? Most likely the unit would need to be removed and sent in for repair. Once I have more information I can give you a more definitive answer.
Thank you,
Lee
Hi,
Did you install it or did you have someone install it for you? Was it a professional install? If so I would go back and have them double check it. If not it would need to be removed and sent to JVC to be repaired under warranty. You can either call their customer care line at: (800) 252-5722
or follow this link to locate a local service center:

Thank you,

Ok, if you installed it then there is probably nothing I can tell you that you don't already know how to do double check. Do you have it set up to be able to play all the time or can only play dvd's in park? Being that it's this new it could just be a defective unit.
Your welcome and please feel free to update me on how it ends up.
Thanks again and good luck,
Lee

2 months and i have never had this problem before
I installed it. I have installed these things many times. I have checked my wires and all but i guess thats not the problem. Its just crazy that it would just stop especialy sinc it is so new. It has power and i can detach the face plate and eject a disc but thats all.
Yes i do. thanks for the help. I guess i will have to take it out and send it off to get fixed then.
