TDK CD-RW Burner Sense Key Error (by 3 users)

I am using a Mac running 10.4.11 with a Firewire TDK CD-RW 48008 CD Burner and I have to try to burn 3 disks to get one good one. I am using Toast 9. I use Imation CD-Rs for the most part. The Error I am getting is this. "The drive reported an error Sense Key = MEDIUM ERROR Sense Code = 0x0C WRITE ERROR
I have the same problem.

I have the same problem on my Macbook Pro 10.4.11 with Toast Titanium 9. Itunes burns cd's fine. Anyone have a possible solution or reason in mind?

I have a Mac powerbook G4 running OS X 10.4.8 and can't get certain CDs to copy with Toast 6 or 8. I get the sense code error message reported on many bulletin boards. I've changed mediums and it doesn't help. I think there is some bug in the program that isn't figured out. The same CD has the same error when burned with I-tunes 7.5 (19). The medium has worked fine for other CD burning attempts.

You may try this dvd creator for mac, I always use it to burn music and dvd, it works pretty well for me
