Question about Canon PIXMA MP530 All-In-One InkJet Printer
It sounds like you are using aftermarket or refilled cartridges. There can gum up the nozzles and restrict or block the ink. To clear the sensors and nozzle, install new OEM cartridges, run deep cleaning a number of times (at least 3 times), and then the alignment utility.
Aftermarket/refilled cartridges do not always meet the manufacturer's specifications for quality. Try cartridges from LDproducts.com for your printer. I've never had a problem with their aftermarket cartridges. If you can, I would return the failing cartridges for replacement or refund.
Please rate this solution. Thanks.
