The radio receives power from the RADIO fuse in the junction block-right I/P. Ground is provided via G201 and G202. The radio is enabled/disabled by class 2 messages from the body control module (BCM). The radio routes audio signals from the digital radio receiver or the vehicle communication interface module (VCIM) to the speakers and/or amplifier when directed by class 2 messages.
The Entertainment System on this vehicle is configured with an AM/FM stereo radio with the radio data system (RDS) and either a cassette player or a CD player or both. CD and cassette. How do I turn this off? CAN'T FIND the "off" button.. need to find a user manual.

The enter button that has the little return arrow on it is also the power on and off button. You hold it down for two seconds to turn the unit on or off.

Where can I get the belt clips that go on the back of my Audiovox FR-1438 Walkie Talkies ??

Hi,

I'm not familiar with that make of radio, but try taking the unit to your local Radioshack or similar store, and I'm sure they will come up with a solution.

I hope this answer helps you find the part.

Dtc = B1025 Driver/pass Deploy Loop Short To Voltage What does this mean?

If your asking about the radio DTC this is what it is

Circuit Description

When the radio is powered up, the radio supplies low level audio signals to the speakers. If the vehicle is equipped with an audio amplifier, the amplifier will boost the signal sent to the speakers.
Conditions for Running the DTC

The test is performed when the radio switches from OFF to ON. The radio will continue to test for the fault once every 0.5 seconds.
Conditions for Setting the DTC

The radio sets a current status for this DTC when a short to ground or voltage is detected on any of the speaker channels for 1.5 seconds.
Action Taken When the DTC Sets

No sound is present from one or more of the speakers.
Conditions for Clearing the DTC

The fault condition is not present for 5 seconds.

What to do:Test the speaker outputs from the radio for short to ground or voltage. Inspect for poor connections at the harness connector of the radio. Reprogram the radio. Replace the radio.

1998 Honda Accord EX V6 2 Door - Radio Error Code on Display

No-one is ever particularly happy to here this, but this is the way it is; we do have to keep in mind that the original idea of codes on radios was to prevent people who steal them from being able to use them.

So, if an audio unit with theft protection is disconnected from electrical power, you must enter a unique code number into the unit or it will not work. This code and the audio unit’s serial number are listed on the anti-theft ID card that comes with the vehicle. If this card is lost, you must obtain the audio unit serial number in order to get the radio code (some people say that they have found the code on a sticker inside the glove compartment, but I wouldn’t count on that). Some newer vehicles allow you to retrieve the audio unit serial number electronically from the radio. Refer to your owner’s manual for the specific procedure (the following usually will work: Turn the radio off. Push the preset 1, preset 6, and power buttons at the same time, then quickly release. The serial number will come up in two sets of numbers.)
Some older vehicles (model year 2003 and older) require a visit to the dealer in order to retrieve the audio unit serial number (or you can remove the unit and get the serial number from the back of the radio). Once you have the audio unit serial number, you can call Auto Customer Service at (800) 999-1009 or have the dealer look up the radio code.

Here is the URL for the Honda Owner page. If you register (no charge) you are able to get radio codes using the VIN number of your car, the serial number of your radio, and the
Phone Number and Zip Code that you give them when you register.

Hope this helps you with the process.

The following URL takes you to the Honda Owner's page. If you sign up (no charge), I am told that you can get radio codes using the VIN number of the vehicle (I don't personally know because I've never needed one).
