Perhaps try Google's Product Search?

It appears to be a fairly standard 50x50x15mm fan with a two pin type 2 connector. Try looking for a two pin 50mm fan with a thickness of less than or equal to 15mm.
A quick search I've done can be found here.

RDM5015S,Samsung AH31-00039B which I believe will be replaced by AH31-00056B, G5015M12DCS. The parts list quotes 0.12A rating on the RDM5015S fan which is marked 0.14A. I have some stripped down HT-BD2 head units.

Noisy fans on a desk-top pc Model Acer Veriton 1000. Besides replacement for new fans, can brushless fans be serviced or lubricated?

The Veriton 1000 I have has 50mm fans (length and width). 80mm are the wrong size. They are 15mm thick, 12V, 0.2A. For some reason, these seem to be more expensive than many other fans.

I have a Samsung Home Theater and the XFan RDM5015S cooling fan has failed. Do you know where I might buy one to install in my Home Theater.

Found the Samsung RDM5015S XFAN.
This part that they sell is suitable for all Samsung products using this air circulation fan. Its 2 wired and with the correct fitting plug.

I am trying to replace a noisy, faulty fan [XFAN Brushless DC12V 0.14A RDM5015S w/2 pin connector] for my Samsung BluRay player [HT BD2] on my own and can't seem to find that brand online or at my local...

The numbers you're looking at are the current drawn by the fan while it's running. The current drawn is a function of the fan speed. Your original fan was rated at 0.14 amps (or 140 milliamps or mA), so either of the ones you mention are close. The 60 mA fan you tried was either too slow, or because of the low current draw, the player's monitoring circuit thought the fan wasn't working. Since it's the closer match to the original part rating, use the 140 mA (0.14 A) fan. The little extra draw shouldn't make a difference to the player's monitoring circuit or power supply.

I have a 39 ford 6 volt battery operated car. I

you need a voltage doubler circuit which feeds from your 6V DC system and converts it to AC and steps it up and converts it to 12V DC. This device might be difficult to find. OR use a 6Vdc power inverter and just use a 120volt AC fan if much easier to source out in your area.
You might want to try a 12VDC high speed fan and see if the 50% reduced speed is already sufficient for you.
