I had this same problem last night.. I have been having problems with the oven shutting off on preheat.. That sort of stopped. Last night lost power to the house. When it returned the oven was beeping and flashing PBR. I turned off the breaker for a few mins. last night and it returned. It was bugging me so much that turned it off the whole night. Woke up this morning turned the breaker back on and it stopped. I don't think this is the total solution. I am thinking that eventually I am going to have to replace power board in this oven. Hope it works!
This commonly happens when the power inverter board goes out. It powers the LCD or PLASMA screen.
It's a common problem for all brands of TVs. Mine was brand new and it lasted for 4 months until I had the power inverter board replaced. That was back in Nov of '08. And it's still working today.
If you have the warranty, use it. The board itself cost between $75-$250, depending on the size of the screen.

Mine just did the same thing on the same day, same tv. we bought ours from Walmart exactly one year ago and after spending time on internet, i have found that alot of us with the same tv have had same problem with no avail from RCA company or walmart. i can't get help from anyone and am ready to scream. Good luck. Others have told me that they have had repair man out and said that it was a malfunction is some type board that he has seen over and over in this tv and he advised to just buy another tv because it was too costly and the problems were going to keep coming with this specific model
My 42" Philips LCD did the same red blinking sequence last night. All was seemingly fine after unplugging it for a bit. An online search, though, has me worried that this may be the start of (potentially fatal) power supply issues. Anyone have a clue what that sequence means?
I've got one week left on my 1yr waranty, so I'm a bit concerned! :(
I'm sorry there isn't. Answering machines like this have very little ROM memory. After a powersurge and outage like last night, it wiped the whole memory chip. You can try there support page. It's actually pretty good.
