Stk392-110 v stk392-180

great post for the convergence repair. awesome links. I have no doubt that I can replace these and fix my ac56wp30. However, which ones should I use? I can pick up the 180's for $10 or 110's for $6 or I can pay $90 for the JVC direct replacement 110's. What's your recommendation?

flawless repair, thank you both for the info. I did go with the 150's because it seemed like perfectly good reasoning to me. On to the next one, a mitsubishi ws55613

150 or 180 work for me

Actually I would go and have gone with many times, the STK392-150's They handle more wattage than the original 110's but don't draw as much current as the 180's, which is good for the surronding resistors. It is a good balance and has worked for me many times. Hope this helps.
