Question about Motorola Mobility Moto Q
To save your contacts and other data, synchronize your device with either your PC (you must have either ActiveSync (WinXP) or WMDC (Vista & 7) and either Outlook or Outlook Express installed), or an Exchange Server (e.g. the free server 'm.google.com').
Then, hard reset your device, To do it, remove and re-insert the battery. Then, press and hold (for some 5 seconds) both the * and E keys, and, whilst keeping them pressed, briefly press the power button, to turn your device on. Your device should be restored to its factory defaults.
After making the initial configurations, re-sync it with the same source as before, in order to restore your data.
If you happen to miss your device's User Manual, you could download it from this location.
Please, let me know if you need further informations.
