No download link as of yet....

But a clue to get you going in the right direction! Make a note of the name brand and model number of your video card. You *may* have to open the computer case to figure this out if it is not already documented for you in paperwork. (Store bought or Brand Name Manufactured PCs will have the video card type and model documented in the receipt or system specs detail sheet) DO NOT open a machine still under warranty if it can be avoided!

Make sure of which version of Windows 7 you have installed. Pay *strict* attention if it is the 32-bit or 64-bit version of the O/S.

Now - hunt the driver down at the manufacturer's website, downloading the appropriate driver for the version of O/S you are running.

Common chipset manufacturer's websites include:

nVidia

ATI-AMD

Intel

Incorrect or incomplete driver installation can make that "CRAYOLA FAT" pixel thing happen to your display. Nail down your O/S's bit-width (32-bit or 64-bit), the make, model and name on the video card, then strike the appropriate site with that info to get yourself fixed. Happy hunting!

Try this out it seems to work for some people, if that does not work try this out:

    Switch to Windowed Mode

If you continue to have trouble playing your game in full screen mode, switch to windowed mode. Under the main menu of the game, select Options, and un-check Full Screen mode (or vica verse if you already have windowed mode on, switch to fullscreen)

Thanks and I would appreciate a reply if that got fixed or not.

Hi,

You can go to display properties by right clicking on the desktop. (Please do not select any desktop icon).

In the resolution option you can set your landscape resolution as required.

My computer's screen resolution is too low

Hello to adjust your screen resolution, right click on the desktop and either click properties for Windows XP or screen resolution for Windows Vista/7. Then for XP click settings and you will see a slider bar where you can adjust your screen resolution. For windows 7, it will be on the screen that opens up, just slide the bar into the resolution you want.

Thanks for using FixYa!

Recently reinstalled windows on my computer and I can not adjust the resolution for my monitor. Its only giving me 640X480 screen resolution. Did I not install somethimg correctly?

i am guessing that you installed windows 7. you didnt say. it sounds like the proper driver is missing for your monitor. you will have to first try to do all the updates from microsoft. after that then go to the manufacturer of the computer and look for video drivers that are compatible with windows 7. if nothing there then go to the site for the maker of your monitor and look for the drivers there.
not knowing the brand of computer or which windows product you installed, makes it hard to give you more info. but i think this will get you started. let us know how this goes.

I just installed win7 and all mi icons are big, everything is big, please help me.

Right click on the desktop and go to personalize. Down in the bottom left corner click Display. Choose smaller 100%. If this is already checked, Right click on the desktop and click screen resolution. Pick a higher resolution and click apply. The higher the number the smaller everything will get, For Example. 1280x 720 is much smaller than 800 x 600

The picture is too big for the screen. the top and bottom is cute off.

You may need to change your resolution. Here are the steps:
  • Windows XP Right Click Desktop and select properties, then click the Settings tab.
  • Windows Vista Right Click Desktop and select Personalize, then on the bottom select Display Settings.
  • Windows 7 right click desktop and select Screen Resolution
Try some different resolutions until your desktop fits in your screen. You could also try moving your screen around with the options built onto your monitor.
