The H700 is a little picky when pairing.
Make sure the H700 is fully charged.
1. Leave the H700 Microphone closed and hold down the button until it turns purple.
2. Once the light is purple, open the microphone. (If it turns blue then start over. This is normal operation mode not pairing.)
3. Go into iPhone Settings>General>Bluetooth and turn Bluetooth on
4. H700 should appear on the screen. Select it.
5. If the device asks for the Device PIN, enter: "0000"
6. The two are now paired.
The H700 may leave pairing mode during the process. This is the pickiness I mentioned. If it does then just restart the process. It may take several tries or it may work on the first shot. Just be patient.
The computer should be able to look for the software automaticly in reguards to the bluetooth device. however, here are the steps.
1. turn on the bluetooth on the computer.
2. set the h700 into pair mode.
3. set the computer to find any devices.
4. password for the device is usually "0000"
5. connected.
Hope this helps ya

5 Steps
First, CLOSE your boom
Second, Hold the talk button( about 5 secs it should turn to purple color)
Third, DO NOT release the button while opening your boom
Fourth, your BT should be in discover mode( show the steady light not flashing )
Fifth, open your phone bluetooth and search for device. Choose your bluetooth that appeared on the list ( pair code normally "0000" ).
Thank you. I called a 1-800 number for tech support but they told me I had to wait 14 days from the date of purchase before they could help me. Your suggestion was right on the money. Thank you.
