Hello,

Step 1 How do I replace the battery on my cordless mouse - change-wireless-mouse-battery-1.1-120x120.jpg jQuery(document).ready(function(){ jQuery('#jsArticleStep1 span.image a:first').attr('href','http://i.ehow.com/images/a04/sq/7e/change-wireless-mouse-battery-1.1-800X800.jpg'); }); Exposed batteries of a wireless mouse
Flip your mouse over and remove the battery cover. Gently pull it up and set it down in a safe place.

Step 2

  1. change-wireless-mouse-battery-1.2-120x120.jpg jQuery(document).ready(function(){ jQuery('#jsArticleStep2 span.image a:first').attr('href','http://i.ehow.com/images/a04/sq/7e/change-wireless-mouse-battery-1.2-800X800.jpg'); }); Carefully remove each battery.

  1. Step 3 Insert the new AA batteries into the mouse. Make sure the positive and negative connectors are lined up correctly. Do not force or jam your batteries into place.
Step 4 Place the battery cover over the opening and click it into place. Flip your mouse over. If your particular mouse has a charged or not-charged display light, make sure it is showing full strength.

Good luck.

All you need to do is to disconnected from the usb port and then try to connect it again. There is a small button that you can push on push the button from the cradle then the button to your mouse. Check if the same problem.

SOURCE: change battery

Hi,

If it is cordless, it has batteries. You can usually tell if the small red light is off on the bottom.

Most mice have the battrey compartment in the rear half of the top of the mouse. The rear half slides off. Something like this:

Yours will probably hold 2 AA batteries. If it is one of the smaller ones it may have the battery compartment underneath and take 2 AAA batteries.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for using Fixya.

The battery is located under the place you put your palm. You need to grasp that piece from the top and pull back to disengage it from the rest of the mouse. I think it might take won AA battery, but I'm not sure
