SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: my screen says "no adj"

Hello

Check that the disc is inserted properly.Open the disc chamber and pull out the disc. Place the disc back in the unit and try again. Check the hold switches (both on the device and on the remote). If they are activated, the unit will not play. The hold switch on the device is located on the top right side. On the remote control, the hold switch is located on the left side. The internal lens may be experiencing condensation. Open the unit, remove the disc, and allow the unit to sit for a few hours to dry out.

If none of these options is working, try a system reset to restore all settings. Take a sharp object (such as the end of a paper clip) and stick it into the small "Reset" hole located on the back of the device. This should restore all factory presets.

Where can I get a replacement battery for my Awia mini disc AM F5 ?

The Aiwa batteries are hard to come by. I got rid of a lovely Aiwa pootable becasue the only battery available was $150. Many of the older models use rare batteries which are just not made anymore. You may find a NOS one for a high price on ebay or a used one with some life in it.

This is a sadsituation because they were great machines...
