Hi there, There is a format that phones can read. Such as MP3, or JPEG, or MPEG. You phone might not be able to read the file you gave it, so try converting the files into (for example) MP3 to .Wav

I have a lg bliss and it wont let me move my pictures from the phone to my computer it says I need to download the disk but there was not disk with it when I got the phone

You dont need a disk to transfer your pictures from your phone to your computer, you can either transfer them via usb cord but make sure you save them onto a memory card and that way when you pull in usb cable they will be read Or you can save them into a micro sd card and then put that into sd card adapter and insert that into the computer..Hope that helps.
