Question about Motorola Mobility H700 Wireless Headset
When I recieve and make calls I can hear the other person perfect and they cant hear me or bearly hear me.
The mic has most likely not gone bad. I have 2 h700 headsets and they both quit picking up mic sounds within a week of each other. I figured I had nothing to lose so I tore one of them apart to see what could be wrong. There is a foam pad over the mic the probably is in place for noise canceling. The pad had deteriorated to the point it became sticky and was clogging up the very small microphone pickup holes. I discarded the pad and cleaned the mic surface on both h700's and now they both work like new.
