Since you neglected to specify the model of your Uniden DECT 6.0 system I can only suggest you select it from the list beginning here to download the manual.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: Request help to retrieve message, then turn off answering function

You might try going to unidendirect.com, scroll down to "customer service" and click there. a FAQ list comes up. #8 is remote access messages, maybe your other issue would be answered as well.

SOURCE: retrieve messages from uniden 8885-2

As soon as your message starts, enter 0 and your pin (w/in 2 seconds). Then follow prompts. More specifics, see your telephone manual - you can go to www.retrevo.com/support/uniden-tru8885-2
See pg 64-65 and if you need to set pin, pg 25. Be blessed.

SOURCE: retrieve deleted phone message

Find the customer service # for Uniden products and get to tech support.  They may be able to help you retrieve deleted messages.  Since it's digital and not a tape like the old Sony's, you may not be able to retrieve it.
