Try first disconnecting power cord or tripping circuit breaker for five minutes. This sometimes can fix a jammed temperature control.
Remove food and perform a complete defrost by disconnecting power for 24 hours. If the problem disappears, that means that you may have a faulty defrost system, or that the fan motor was blocked by ice.
If that does not fix the problem, then it is probably a faulty temperature control.
