Question about Samsung SCX-4100 All-In-One Laser Printer
For Most of the All in One Printers, this problem could be resolved by Resetting the Printer.
For Resetting, you need to Unplug the Printer and keep it for Few Minutes, say 30 minutes and then Turn it ON.
If the Problem Persists, it could be a Problem with the Device.
Let me know,once you Reset the Device.

In regards to the error that you are getting is this showing on the scanner or on the computer?
Also do you have the scanner connected directly to the computer or do you have it in a print server? I would also like to know the version of Windows that you are running.
