Question about Frigidaire 30 in. Electric Gallery Series Self-Cleaning Double Wall Oven
After swiching on the oven, the house electric sockets all went off.when i did a reset on the power, the oven wouldnt work.
Check to make sure that the circuit breaker/gfi is not flipped for the oven. Push the switch all the way to off and then on again. If the power goes off again, this indicates a short, which is very dangerous.
If you already checked this and the power does not come on, make sure the breaker is set to off and pull the oven and check the cord and plug for any sign of fraying, loose wires, blacked areas, etc.
Since this is 240v, I would not recommend going beyond these basic instructions. If you feel confident to remove the panel to run some electrical tests, please post comments and we will help you do that.
