Is your Camera detected when connected to the PC via the PTP in the Device Manager? Check your "Device Manager". In Windows 7, sometimes the camera is not detected, but you can try "Workaround when the camera cannot be detected by Windows 7(when connected via PTP)". If the device is not detect in the Device Manager the software will not work.

The update is only for the software ie Zoombrowser(Win7x64) -> update to version ZoomBrowser EX 6.7.2 Updater.

Hope it helps & good luck.

Try restarting the iPod and connect it again. If it doesn't recognize it try it on another PC, if it still isn't detected it is the iPod. Buying a Mac wouldn't help nor hurt the situation, it would just be an expenditure.

My new SD card can not be read by digital camera

Hello, try using a card reader and plug your new SD card to your pc, it will appear as a removable drive. If it is detected by your pc, try to reformat it by doing this:
1. Click Start/Windows Button on the lower left of your screen, select Computer 2. A window will open, listing all the storage devices in your computer (Local Disk C:, etc) 3. Look for the removable drive, that is your SD Card. Then right-click on it, go to Format. It will format your SD card. 4. After formatting, remove your SD card from your computer then test it using your digital camera.

If it still doesn't work even with other cameras, it might be a defective SD card, try contacting the store where you bought it and have it replaced.

Drivers not working. Can not play any dvd,cd's.Its been about a week. Reinstalled drivers on Help and Support, but still not working. Any Ideas?

When you say Drivers not working, can you please confirm if you are referring to the CD Drives ?

If yes you can first make sure that the Drives are detected in Windows Explorer.

Click on Start Then click on "Computer" or "My Computer"

See if the CD / DVD drive is detected

If the drive is detected in Explorer and not able to read the discs, try various discs of different brands.

If none of the disc is readable then the Drive is gone back and you will need to replace it.

In case the Drive is not detected in the Windows Explorer then you can check if the device is detected the Device Manager.

To open device manager Press the Windows key + R and type devmgmt.msc

Press Enter of click OK

It will open the device manager

look under CD/DVD drive if there is any yellow exclamation mark.

If you see the Drive listed with an Exclamation then follow the steps to delete lower filter and upper filter from the Windows registry Editor.

Sir i purchased hitachi camera pen. it is detected

If you have installed the program. Uninstall it.

Unplug the pen (or any devices associated with it) from the computer.

1. Insert Disc and intstall the program.

2. When prompted, insert the device into the computer as instructed. Follow all instructions.

3. Once installed, remove disc, restart computer.

4. The computer will detect the device as the computer is loading. Wait for all "start up" programs to load, then select the program and it should open and operate.

If it is plugged into a USB Port, and is not being detected, try using another port. Do not plug such utilities into a Port Adapter, as it most likely will not be detected.

It must be plugged directly into a USB Port installed on the computer (or laptop).

Please let me know if you need further assistance.

There may be the different formates that your operating system is not recognizing. You need to download and install the latest version of itune sofware in order to detect your ipod. After installing it you will be in the position to detect it with all necessar functions.
