Question about iLO 3200 32 in. LCD Television
This kind of symptom / problem is related with LCD Panel and two possible solutions, either T-Con board is defective or LCD Panel itself is bad. (T-Con board considered part of lcd panel)
Check T-Con board connectors that hold flexible ribbon wires coming from LCD Panel, unlock connector and reinsert flexible ribbon wires of lcd panel in T-Con board connectors just to refresh contacts. That might help to solve problem.
T-Con board would be located on top center position at rear of lcd panel and this board would be shielded.
If that does procedure does not help, replace T-Con board, if possible and last option is LCD Panel replacement but that would be costly fix.
Hope this info will help you.
