Lost my phone can I receive replacement

Contact a TracFone service representative. Dial 1-800-867-7183 to report your SafeLink lost or stolen. Inform the representative of the estimated last date of use. Give a detailed description of where you may have lost the phone or how it got stolen.
  • Provide the representative with your mobile device's serial number or ESN found on your activation card. If you cannot locate the activation card, provide the representative with the cell phone number.
  • Request to keep your old phone number or apply for a new one. After the representative reports your cell phone lost or stolen, request that a copy of the report be sent to your active email address. Check your email address to make sure that you have received the email and a cell phone replacement confirmation number.
  • Expect the replacement SafeLink TracFone mobile device to be mailed to you within three to five business days, without cost. Check the contents upon arrival to make sure that the replacement cell phone, battery, charger, SIM card and activation card are intact.
  • To activate, call the number provided on your activation card. Provide the serial number, found on the activation card, and the SIM card code, found on the back of the SIM, to complete the activation process.

Bought second hand blackberry Z10 but it ended up being reported lost or stolen and is un able to allow network sim ships how can I fix this

You cannot do anything, except to go back to the seller, and get a refund. Once it is reported as "lost" or "stolen", it cannot be used on any network, unless the registered owner cancels the "lost/stolen" report.

My blackberry says phone not allowed mm6 what do i do

    Hi there,

What has happened is the serial number of that phone has been blacklisted. This is often the case when somebody reports that their phone was stolen, they report it and then the carriers who can run the phone have it blacklisted so that it does not work. Unfortunately there isn't really anything that you can do except for get a new phone.

I have a Blackberry Bold The lock icon is on the bottom right but then it goes topassword. I've tried what I think the password is but no luck. I don't remember it. What do I do to get it?

There is only one option left to unlock your blackberry phone, but it will erase all your previous data. Type any password until you fail 10 times, it will make your blackberry bold unlocked from old password. You can try other option to unlock blackberry but the result will be same, you can't save your data, that's feature of RIM security system. Sounds like double side sword huh?

My phone has been stolen in Vancouver Canada. Can it be traced through GPS? Can my service provider "find it" in the event it is hooked up again with same provider? My service provider tells me my phone...

Your phone does not have a GPS transmitter, only a receiver, so you can't send a signal to be tracked via satellite. If you report the IMEI, the international mobile equipment identification number, to your carrier as lost or stolen then the phone can not be used when it is blocked. They started doing this because of phone theft from US and European tourists. The only way to tell where your phone is does not give exact locations, just the service area based on your MIN, mobile identification number. As soon as you report it, that will stop as well. I wish I could be the bearer of good news. You may try calling some of your contacts to see if anybody is trying to return the phone to one of them. Also the lost and found on Craigs List is useful if the person wants to return it. Post it and offer a reward. It will be useless to them anyway and maybe you will get it back, Good luck to you.
