Excavator Komatsu Pw -130es electronic problem wont move.
Hi ! I have an excavator make Komatsu Pw -130es 1999 U.K made version. It has a burned out starter, what i want to know is , whether this starter is causing the fuse's to burn out which move the mahine back n forth? The wires get heated up , and in turn blows out the fuse within seconds of starting the machine. I finally found that the starting motor is the problem, but can it cause the malfunction of its movement? Since the machine is electronic. Your help is very much appreciated! Thanks.

Could be a bad starter motor the brushes get worn out inside the starter motor try tapping on the starter with a hammer not to hard if it starts after you tap on the starter toward the back were the brushes are then you have a bad starter or you could have a bad starter solonoid hope this helps
Try reconnecting the tracks togeather it may not be easy but my Komatsu toy model excavator has the same problem one of the tracks got jammed while i was playing with it so I'm trying to put them back togeather i also have the PC 450 LC model.. I managed to reconnect some of the tracks togeather but its not easy and be careful not to loose and parts
pressure reliefe valve is malfunctioning as this can be one to several you need special hydraulic meters to know (best bet take it to the dealer) I know that stinks but as they become more complicated so does the repair process
If I helped at all please give me a response negative or positive ( i can handle it ,thanks )
hi, have u checked ur fluid and filter, if so u need to check the pressure.
u can buy a normal guage and and get a bit of pipe made up to suit ur job.
you might be able to get away by increasing the spool valve. but if ran low on hydraulic then it is a new pump.
