I have 12gb remaining on a hard drive of 250gb. Windows XP will not load

A fix I have used often is in a program called " (Barts) Ultimate Boot DC for Windows"
First you need to download the file from here (http://www.ubcd4win.org/) and then you need a copy of your Windows installation to build an iso to burn to CD or you can put it on a bootable flash drive if you know how.
I didn't use my original Windows disk when I built mine. I have also run it on several other computers successfully, I think you should be able to do that too.
If you want I can mail you a copy of mine if you send me a postage payed self addressed return envelope, so I don't have to catch the post office open to mail it.
From there you can go into restore boot options or even run a repair program. My email address that I prefer you use to contact me for an address to send the envelope is mad_datta@hotmail.com. Don't use my email address associated with Fixya because that email gets so much trash sent to it that I might never see your mail.

Need to close internet browsers to uninstall toolbar in control panel HOW?

Disable toolbar,

The normal procedure to disable a toolbar is:

1. Click the browser view menu.
2. Select toolbars.
3. Uncheck the toolbar name.

This will hide it from view, however some adware programs remain active and keeps monitering your internet activity even though their toolbar is disabled.

Uninstall toolbars,

Use windows add remove programs utility.

1. Click the start menu.
2. Click control panel.
3. Double click the add remove programs option.
4. Locate the name of the toolbar in the list and follow the prompts to remove it completely.

Xppro on startup box appears with ref to Twonkymedia startup application error

A program that contained Twonkymedia was probably deleted. Even though it was deleted a reference remains in the start up files and when start up files are executed it can not find the program to start it thus "start up application error". To get rid of the error message you can remove the reference to the program in the start up menu or reinstall the program and let it execute normally on start up.

Win 32 application

You didnt specify the version of Windows your using however,
This issue is commonly caused by corrupt bad, or missing files, The program is not compatible with your version of Windows, or your hardware is incompatible. You must meet or exceed all system requirements for the program. If you downloaded the program from the internet verify the download was not corrupt. If installed from the cd-rom, check the disc is clean and free of scratches and reinstall. Replace missing windows files using SFC.

Have your Windows Cd available.
Open Run-->Type SFC /SCANNOW
This command will run the windows file protection utility that will replace missing or corrupt windows files.

Good Luck

Front Page on Windows operating system.

Frontpage will have to be reinstalled or insert your Frontpage cd when asked for it.

Frontpage has been discontinued by Microsoft and they are now using two different web development programs to replace it with. The program won't load onto Vista computers but the server extensions will load.

Thats one program Im going to miss.

After i have reinstalled windows, i have a problem

you should have formatted the drive first before you installed windows. But then you need all of the software drivers. XP is good, but not that good with drivers.
The files you are looking for will not be in add and remove.
