You have bad capacitors on yor power supply board. This is a common problem and can be fixed easily if you can use a soldering iron and have a Radio Shack near by. I published a tutorial on this repair in my Tips & Tricks, check it out if you want to give it a try yourself. Otherwise, you will need to contact a service repair facility and have the power supply repaired. Best wishes, I hope this was helpful.

I have a flat screen samsung that takes about 15 seconds to come on. after the picture appears it is fine. do you have an answer for this problem.

Actually the pictures get displayed on your screen when electrons from an electron gun fall on the fluorescent material coated on the screen. The electron gun usually takes a warm up time which is about 5-10seconds. But since this warm up time is longer for you, i suspect that it is a loose connection to that electron gun.

Color red seems to be more prominant...than other

I've had this problem with my projection TV recently. I would say your lens/lamp is to blame. It might be time to change it, depends on the last time it was changed, most of the time, the TV will tell you that it needs to be changed, but not always. I think your best bet is the TV lamp.

Poor quality pictures

Check your picture settings, the wrong setting for the time of day or object can definetly throw off the appearance of your pictures. Plus, you may have accidentally set it to "warm" instead of auto or black and white, etc. Warm pictures have a reddish tint to them just as the cool have a blue tint. Also I have found the "night setting" only takes really good pictures if you are close to the subject otherwise it is pretty dark!

LCD rear projection takes a long time to warm up

If you are talking about the picture, and it takes a long time to fade in to full brightness, then the LAMP needs to be replaced. Call the Maufacter or repair shop to get one.

Picture is Rolling..stops after some warm-up

I have seen this many times. There is a 9 volt regulator on the small signal board that causes this. The regulator goes bad and the 9 volts starts dropping, especially at start-up when the regulator is cold. If the voltage is below 8 volts then the picture gets dark and the vertical becomes unstable, with the picture squeezing down and/or rolling. As the regulator warms up the voltage starts rising back towards 9 volts and the symptoms start clearing up. There are 3 regulators in a row on the board and the regulator in the middle is always the bad one. Replacing that regulator should cure your problems but it should be replaced by someone experienced in servicing Mitsubishi projection TV's because pulling the chassis out is quite tricky.
