I pressume that you are talking about a Dual sim card chinese phone. Many phones that are dual sim have only one Signal Amplifier. this in turn will have issue when you are using two sims. you will have take the phone to a repair shop. how ever the cost of the repair would be almost similar to buying a new phone

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!
