Lets clear this one up. There is not filter on a Smart Drive, Yon will need to removed the top deck of the machine, then the agitator, then the inner bowl. You will then be able to access the pump cover (front right hand side of outer bowl). Removed the screw retaining the cover, then remove the obstruction, it will probably be hair clips, bra underwires etc

Had the same problem, fault code 37. Followed Neil_v advice and found one of the kids socks blocking the pump, works fine. Gave the bowl a good clean at the same time, amazing how much slim builds up on the outside of the bowl, a wonder it washed anything.

Neil-v you are a legend. Had the same problem today - googled fault 37, found your solution and hey presto, half an hour later all is well. It was due to a hair pin and a piece of plastic (not from the washing machine) blocking the pump
Thank you very much.

Same problem with fault 37 and there was some cotton in this pump area. But also found by backflushing the outlet hose, I found more cotton there and later realised it was due to a kink in the hose. It all is well now.

We have a problem with our washing machine Intuitive Eco saying it has fault 37. What is that problem please

I believe that is a weter can't drain fault message. Have you checked to make sure your drain hose is not kinked, and that the drain is accepting water?

My washer has fault 37 and we can smell rubber burning. The drum feels very lose.

On F&P machines the inner tub floats away from the dog clutch allowing the agitator to wash without attachment to the drum. When you empty the machine the inner drum settles back on the dog clutch and can be engaged for spinning. A loose drum when full of water is probably not a fault..
37 error is pump fault. Water level not changing.
The pump may be blocked/jammed and be overheating, or it may have failed.
You'll need to unplug the power supply at the socket.
You'll need to empty the machine.
When the water level is low you can lean the machine back to access the pump motor under the tub. Turning the fan blades can sometimes dislodge the obstruction. If the fan turns freely retry the spin mode to empty the machine..
If the pump is jammed you'll have to remove it and clear the port.
Make sure you've emptied the machine as any water left in it will run out when you remove the pump.
carefully study the pump before removal. Take note of the latch which locks the pump in position. Earth wire to open spade connector. Power wires to pump via plug. Remove and clean. Replace and test.
If the pump still overheats it should be replaced or it will damage other components. The pump resistance should be more that 33ohms..
F&P reccommend pump replacement if less than 33ohms.
Good luck.....Nomess

Error code 51? F & F intuitive washer

Hi just read your posting.Error code 51 means you have a Recirculation Fault. This means while the machine is filling or washing it loses water.Error code 37 means you have Pump Block error which means the machine is not draining. Please look under the machine to the front right and you should see a pump with a red or black fan attached. Can you confirm this please? I think there is a problem with your diverter valve and the information on your type of pump will help me rectify this problem for you. Please reply with additional information on the type of pump in your machine.Looking forward to your reply.

Top loading intuitive washer says fault code 37

This machine calls this error number for most faults.
So first let us know what stage it stops at.
The most common fault is blockage in the pump.
Remove the power plug, disconnect the 2 water hoses and tilt the machine onto its front.
It is simple to remove and replace. Disconnect the 2 sockets from the pump The pump is held in position by a latch on the left hand side. Depress the latch and twist the pump anti clockwise. Clean out , add a smear of vaseline to the rubber ring.
Reassemble in reverse

The drain pump is overheating. I suggest you do not try to use the machine until you replace the pump unit, failure to stop using the machine will result in the pump short circuiting and destroying the main control board!. Please go buy a new pump and fit it.
