I ordered a new pump for my Equator washer/dryer all-in-one FROM Equator 5 months ago. They're in Italy and have nothing in stock and haven't gotten around to making any more parts. Does ANYONE know who sells Equator Washer/Dryer parts OTHER than Equator? Thanks!

This is one of the oldest model sold by Equator and the factory who manufactured this model have stopped producing any more parts for this model including a few others and there is no other company carrying the parts for these models and hence it is not possible to get these parts any more.
The drain pump might have gone bad, check if the drain pump is making some kind of noise and also check if the drain pump is not obstructed.
You can open the coin trap on he right hand side bottom of the unit and clean the same for any blockage.
Hi just went through the same thing... so you can tell if it is the pump take off back support... run it through a cycle and when it drains you will notice the pump turn on and if the water is leaking from the middle of pump the housing is worn out. You can get the part from appliance desk. Equator sold all of the repair stuff to them . firstname.lastname@example.org ask for Garry don't be suprised if the part is backordered from Italy. It took me 6 weeks to get my part. Good luck happy new year
I order mine online from appliancedesk.com. I have one ordered now. It is on backorder. When you install new, be sure to mark position of door inserts, just in case they separate and you have to figure out how to reposition them.
