Obviously a circuit overload, or short. Was it working ok, before, and have you by chance added anything to the circuit that supplies power to the tub?

When you turn on the drier it trips the electricty. there is power in to the power switch but when you turn the dial it trips the fuse box. the model is TC7103W

an electrical earth leakage will cause the trip. possibly the the heating element. but the motor or wiring fault can do it. you could try disconnecting the heater if the electric stays on. then change the element.

My is70c keeps tripping the electricty

the motor is overamping. more than likely the motor has gone bad and will need replacing. The motor is designed to pull so many amps from the electrical supply. When the amps are oover the amp listed on the breaker the breaker will trip. So if the breaker is a good one then the motor is going bad and increasing the amps on the breaker causing the trip.
Hope this helped

barell stopper, trip lever? is this the same thing? If so go and get a push pull waste and overflow and forget the trip lever, (old school stuff).
