Question about Computers & Internet
Posted by Anonymous on
I would try to do restore to a point when this was all working. If restore does not work it might be a virus. If restore does not work i would boot in to safe mode and see do you have same issue. If not some how your programs got disassociated and like i mentioned probably a virus. TO go to safe mode reboot and keep on tapping F8 key and choose safe mode with network so you can get online if needed. Try downloading MalwareBytes and run in safe mode and see does it find anything. Make sure to do quick scan and then to get out of safe mode just reboot. Hope this helps.
