Question about Computers & Internet

1 Answer

I have problems watching content from websites and some CD-ROM/DVD's, because the picture is constantly interrupted as if the website is buffering all the time. The audio is also totally out of sync with the picture. Most of the time it appears that Flash player or Shockwave is used for the AV. There is not a problem when watching DVD's so the graphic card on the PC appears to be OK. I have checked the settings in control panel and they seem to be OK. Any ideas? Steve

YouTube Flash player constantly buffers even if un-nessesary

The best way is to have a DSL or cable connection..You can also use a wireless signal (with a very strong signal)...It buffers when it is downloading the video and the slower your internet connection, the more buffering it will do...also try closing all the other windows except the youtube window and always keep your memory clean using the internet options "delete browsing history"

DVD/CD-ROM PROBLEM

The yellow exclamation mark means that the driver for the DVD/CD-ROM is corrupted. You will need to find the drivers for your drive and re-install it. This should be easy enough to do: find the brand name of your drive and go to the website of the manufacturer, then locate their drivers page and find the specific driver for your product, then download and install the driver and restart your computer and the drive should work.
Please rate if this works for you, Thanks!

I need to autorun my offline website iin Cd-ROM..

In February 2006, Microsoft released an update for Internet Explorer which affects embedded content using the <OBJECT> and <EMBED> tags which is the primary method for displaying Flash content in web pages. After users update their IE browser, they have to click embedded Flash content before they can interact with it.

Are you able to run JavaScript through the CD-rom? If so, the solution to your issue can be found here.

My Cd-Rom/DVD-rom don't work. It doesn't open any folder. I thought I have problems with drivers: SCSIVAX DVD/CD-ROM SCSI CdrOM DEVICE DVD-ROM SD-R2102 TOSHIBA LAPTOP SATELLITE 5005-S507 THANKS, OSCAR

According to the Toshiba website, the scsi cd-rom/dvd-rom does not require a driver to operate, but the driver for the scsi controller card it plugs into may need to be reinstalled or updated. Visit the following link, and go to the section labeled scsi cdrom/dvdrom. At the bottom of this section there are two links to websites where you may be able to find the drivers for your scsi controller card.
