The t-stat is running in a user programed default. when you manually adjust the temp up or down you are overiding the program. the stat is asking if you want to resume the program. The stat will usually return to the schedule in 4 hours unless you press hold!

My Honeywell thermostat shows an error 91 what is that code and can it be repaired

The codes are differernt for each model. You didn't post the model #. However, Code 91 usually means a thermostat fault. Which means either the thermostat needs to be replaced, or there is loose wiring at the thermostat.

Hs error code what does it mean?

Water Temperature Sensing Error

A) Inlet water temperature sensor is reporting a temperature in excess of 104 degrees. Normal operation resumes 2 minutes after inlet water temperature sensor reports temperatures of 104 degrees or less. This error functions in both normal and remote thermostat modes.
or

B) Inlet water temperature sensor is reporting a temperature change at a rate faster than 6 degrees in 60 seconds, indicating a potentially damaging low water flow condition. Normal operation resumes when temperatures stabilize. If this condition is detected 3 times, the heater will lock-out until the electrical power is cycled off and back on.

The thermostat is flashing and E2 error code...what does that mean

It means the trailer is too warm for the thermostat to work - above 90 degrees inside. Take some ice and put in ziplock bag - place over thermostat and cool it down. Unit will start working when thermostat senses it is BELOW 90 degrees. FAULTY DESIGN.

Readings disappear on thermostat for awhile then come back

Hi Linda,

There are a few things that cause this:

  1. When the heat is starting, it will sometimes go blank for a few minutes and then resume.
  2. Most have batteries, replace them with fresh new ones, if the electricity goes out while you are away, the batteries will keep the settings.
  3. Have someone check the house when it is extremely cold or hire a service to monitor. Your alarm company can usually add temperature sensors to your home, it will add a little safety net for you.
Hope this was helpful, please rate my answer.
Thanks,
Paul

I want to install a new thermostat on my furnace, but the wire connections on the old thermostat are not marked. I have been unable to locate a diagram with wire labeling. Can you help?

Your t-stat has a override program on it look for the hold button and cancel the function. Should be able to just press the hold temp button and it will resume the normal program.
