Recieved the above item in great shape, however, the cell phone is locked. It was a gift for my daughter and she could not get it to work with her cingular card. She took it to our cingular store to see if they could get it to work. They told her it was locked and that they would have to have a code to unlock it. What can i do to get it to work?
