If works is already on uour computer first uninstall that / restart the computer/ go to google / type download microsoft works and you will get different links to download the s/w .

I am using windows xp-2 for my pc. Now unable to install MS OFFICE on my formatted pc


what error message are you getting?

check in control panel, under add/remove programs if there are any MS Office software installed. (trial version/pre-loaded perhaps)
you need to uninstall all those before reinstalling office 2003
