Question about Sony Cyber-shot DSC-N1 Digital Camera
Two ways connect the cable between the camera and the PC a message should say at bottom right of the screen NEW Hware found etc. Then open file explorer, scroll down to find your camera in the list and there should be 2 folders one of these contains your pictures
as something like 0022.jpg they should display if you have selected thumbnails in VIEW select the pics you want to save and drag them to a folder of choice.
Or if you have a card reader remove the SDCARD place it in reader and see the files displayed in File explorer.
Please rate my help++++Thanks for using FIXYA

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.
Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive.
