Virus is a common issue and trust me friend its directly related to the life of the computer.
follow the step:-
call up hp smart friend tel no 866-211-5207 for help and i promise that your computer will be fixed. charges is $59.99.
before paying the charge follow this steps:
1. shut the comp off
2. when you restart keep tapping the f 8 key till you get "adv boot option." start tapping the key the moment you restart the computer.
3) select safe mode with networking
4)login with your user account.
5) when you get the desktop with all the icons check internet is working or not.
6)if not connect the comp with modem directly and remove the wirless connectivity router.
7)try doing systen restore . select the date when your computer was running fine i.e back date configuration
that will definately help you.
removal of virus is not easy dear. it takes long time for the technician to do that. lots o steps are involved in doing that. an i will suggest you to contact hp tech support an the guys are really skilled and expert to do that. its one time involvement of $59.99 but indians are great in doing that.
one more step i can suggest you is that if you say that your computer is badly affected by virus and if you hav backup of all imp documents then do the system recovery so that the computer will be set to original factory conditions.
it will be as good as a new computer and the computer will be clean from all and any kind of virus.
if things are looking difficult just call 866-211-5207 hp smart friend. they will do all for you. need not have to worry. i am working for the same and please trust me.

Do you have Trojan license key?

A Trojan is a virus program that has infected your computer. You need to remove this Trojan virus.
If you can log into the Internet you can use a WEB based virus scanning program to remove the virus and then I recommend you install a virus scanning program.

HOW CAN I REMOVE TROJAN VIRUS FROM MY PC?

Run your PC in safe mode with networking prompt as an administrator(because in normal mode the virus will not allow/let you to run a setup file if it's a dangerous virus).Install strong anti-virus like Kaspersky, NOD32 etc. registered version. Update the anti-virus in safe mode and also run.

I think it will help you.

Good Luck

How to remove trojan horse virus in usb 2gb

Connect USB drive to USB port. When icons appears in My Computer, right click on it. A popup menu appears showing option for virus scan.By clicking on it scan the entire drive.
But dont ever open that USB drive, if there is a possible trojan. because when you will open that USB drive, the trojan will be copied into your hard drive automatically.
Best way to remove trojan is to completely format your USB drive.
