Question about Insignia NS-DV2G MP3 Player
I am trying to download a movie my daughter purchased from itunes. I have tried to put it to a DVD and then transfer, but that doesn't work. Any suggestions on how I can get the movie to her MP3?
Use the Arc-Soft converter that came with the player to convert your video files to a compatible format for the player.
You can perform a "Drag & Drop" like with a USB thumb drive/portable drive if you change the USB settings to "file & folder"...then just drag and drop to the player.
the converstion process will take a while...so have a coffee while you wait. Once it's done, it should be ready to play on the player.
