Question about SanDisk Sansa Clip MP3 Player

1 Answer

The volume on my sansa clip 8gb is too low. I have tried the solutions given on here for this problem but they don't work as there is no option under settings for either volume, or reset. The only option is "reset all" which then gives no further option for increasing volume. Is there anyway round this, as at the moment it is too quiet to hear above traffic when I'm outside.

My 8Gb Clip did the same after a firmware update. Apparently it's due to new EU regs about MP3player volume limiting. To fix select 'reset all' (note any settings you want to re-set later), after reset, select your language and then set region to 'Rest of World'. Sorted!

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Sansa clip 2gb my volume control stays on low can not get volume up

I'm having the same problem after I dropped it. I can feel the click when I press the down button, but there is no click when I press the up button. I have enclosed a link to the sandisk forums which discuss the issue and a possible solution (but it involves opening up the device and doing some soldering). The original post was removed so I had to use Google's cached version.

Sansa Clip 8GB is stuck in pause mode

You mean it hangs up at pause mode and you can't turn off you device? if so, push up/press power button and hold for 10 to 20 seconds until the device turn off.
Then, turn on. if it' working. You should update new firmware.
Good luck
