I cannot get my printer to work it says Printer


The details you provide are a bit sketchy but will try my best to help.

If the "printer not responding" message is coming when you go to print from the application like Microsoft, then exit from there.

Go to control panel in Windows (depending on which version). Double click on the Printer icon and see if the printer shows in the list on the screen and is on-line. If it shows but is off-line then select the online button on the printer and see if it appears. Right click the mouse on the printer name on the screen and select preferences. At the bottom you have the Print Test page. Click and see if you get a page printed.

If the above is not good, then check if printer is getting the power and re-install the printer software from the CD.

Printing problem


Dear sir,
install new oparating system and attach data cable in your pc then show a new hardware .
This printer is auto plug &play not driver requarments.If you are not success then change data cable with new one.

Try the HP500Hpgl2 driver, it will work with a USB port.

I bought a Dell inspiron - 1526 computer. It says my Lexmark P4350 printer is compatible. It shows it is installed with the driver on my hard drive. I can't get it to show up when I need to choose a...


First go to control panel, and see if you can print a test page from the printers list (Right click the printer, properties, print test page button)

If you can't print a self-test, the disconnect the printer, uninstall the drivers, reboot, download the latest driver from support.lexmark.com, connect printer when prompted during drive install.

If you can print a self-test, then right click the printer icon, and click set as default, then reopen you application and try printing again

All in One Printer/Scanner/Copier will not respond to print command.


Pls make sure that your computer recognizes your Printer, if it doesn't it would never respond to any print command you sent
check to see (if the computer recognizes)
1- go to start then select printer
2- select your desired printer - right click
3- go to properties
4- select print PRINT TEST PAGE
5- check the message on your paper

if it doesnt then you might have installed a wrong driver

Not responding to PC instructions to print data


Hi,

You need to load the PRINTED ALIGNMENT PAGE on the scanner glass, then press on "OK" button. It should start scanning the alignment page. That way, you are completing the PROCESS of ALIGNMENT.

Only printing test sheets


your printers drivers did not works properly please install the correct driver on your system and after the probelm will continue
please chek the cable

Check the ink in the printer, clean its nozzles and then try for the test page.
