Bosch Excel 1200 wahsing machine, when trying to activate spin, it shows the normal 10 minutes, but then goes straight from 8 mins to 1 min and items arent properly spun

I have the same problem.

Same problem: when a normal washing cycle goes into the spin cycle it should count down from 12 mins to 1 in regular steps but it doesn't it just steps down to 11 mins, then 10 mins, 9, 8 and then straight down to 1 with out engaging the main max spin cycle. Engineer has changed brushes and taken out motor and cleaned it but to no avail. Any ideas
