Question about Kingston Technologies 512MB DataTraveler I (DTI512KR) Hard Drive
First check and see if you have an actual kingston drive. if the metal part of the drive is sticking out of the plastic there will be a number laser etched into the plastic. if its the retractable type it will be laser etched on the side of the metal plug. if it has either of those things etched, call kingston. they have pretty decent customer service. if there is no number etched. you have a clone.
