How can I play with two xbox at the same time? Right now when both are on xbox live one has a strict NAT and the other is open how do I set up my router so both can play with open NAT?

NAT (Network Address Translation) allows your router to use one IP address with your ISP, but assign internal IP addresses to your devices using DHCP. When you refer to "strict NAT" I have to assume you mean that the device has a static (set) IP. If you want them both to work at the same time, you'll have to set each xbox to accept DHCP addressing (ie., dynamic IP addresses) and make sure your router is set to perform as a DHCP server (which it probably is...that's the default).

Change NAT from strict to open

You need to do port forwarding on your router. First, you must setup a static IP address on your XBOX. Then You must open these ports on your router setup page using Port Forwarding feature. 80 TCP and UDP, 53 TCP and UDP, 3074 TCP and UDP.

Change NAT to open

First make sure your security type on the router is WEP-Personal. You may need to get the port range for that game or manufacturer. Then enter them in to the gaming tab. This will keep ports open all the time. NAT 2 is acceptable but you want NAT 1. Some internet connections cannot get NAT1.reply if you need further assistance
