Can I transfer picture from my sanyo 3810 to my computer

Yes, you can. Connect it to your computer's usb port using the usb cable, your computer will automatically detect it. If you are ask (on the phone) to select the connection type, select "Mass Storage" or "Storage Mode". When you open the My Computer of your computer, you'll see it as a "Removable Media" or "Removable Drive", open it and browse through the folders and again open "pictures" or "Image" folder. You'll see all the contents there and you can copy and paste them to your computer hard drive.

Good luck.

Thanks for using FixYa.

Uploading pictures from my blackberry to my computer

Make sure that you have the Mass Storage Mode turned on. If so then your phone will show as a removable disk in My Computer. From there you can navigate to the pictures folder. From there it's copy/cut and paste. Good Luck!

Phone memory protected

Under Menu>Contacts>Settings.... Under memory in use, change it to phone and SIM. It will probably ask for a security code which should be in your book, if you haven't changed it, its something like 0000 or 12345 or similar. then you should be able to copy all to the simcard.

Good Luck esm_taher@yahoo.com
