Why I cant get reception in my parking garage?

GPS reception may be inconsistent in certain locations or under certain conditions. In most parking garages and underground parking lots you won't be able to get a GPS reception because the signal is blocked by the concrete.

I popped a brake line on my 1995 Nissan Pathfinder, unfortunately it's in a VERY expensive parking garage with ceilings so low it can't be towed out. Will the parking brake still work so I ca

Yes parking brake will still work. It is mechanical with a wire going from pedal/handle that when pulled squeezes the brake shoes round the rotor. Just go real slow and you should be alright. Hope this helped you.

How do you reset the compass??

  1. Stop the vehicle and place it in "Park."

  2. Press and hold the "Set" button on the compass for about two seconds. The button is located directly below the compass to the right.

  3. Press the "E/M" button repeatedly until the correct zone is displayed. If you do not know your zone, you might have to contact your dealer for this information.

  4. Press and hold the "Set" button for about two seconds until the display flashes, indicating that the compass is reset.
