My screen went black a couple of days ago and I have no idea how to fix it, i tried resetting it but that didn't work, it went slowly, starting w/ just some lines of the side, but eventually went black.
Yesterday my player had some dash in its screen and the colour decrease light.today,when i start my player,the signal light still work but the screen is black so i cant see any thing my player.please help me to sovle the problem
Try putting it in recovery mode what you have 2 do is is hold down the play button while you turn on your mp3, as soon as you see thee logo release the play button and then choose the "reload os/ firmware" then follow instructions

i tried reseting it deleting everything on it but the screen still just want work, it plays fine though the screen is the only problem. its been out for about a year

A couple days ago my screen was getting darker and darker. Finally, yesterday it went completly blank. I tried the reset button and tried to put it back on the computer but the computer doesn't even recognize it. I know it is on because when it is in pitch black you can see a line of light from the screen.
