My screen went black a couple of days ago and I have no idea how to fix it, i tried resetting it but that didn't work, it went slowly, starting w/ just some lines of the side, but eventually went black.
Yesterday my player had some dash in its screen and the colour decrease
light.today,when i start my player,the signal light still work but the
screen is black so i cant see any thing my player.please help me to
sovle the problem
Try putting it in recovery mode what you have 2 do is is hold down the play button while you turn on your mp3, as soon as you see thee logo release the play button and then choose the "reload os/ firmware" then follow instructions

Are you positive that your battery has enough juice in it? This happened to me as well, almost went bonkers only to find out that the battery is almost dry. Try popping the charger for half a day, or leave it in your USB for about a day and see if it helps. If it doesn't help, then you might want to try the Recovery Tool

Have you tried resetting it? Right beneath the lock swithc is a small hole. Inside it is the reset button. Try using a needle or hair-pin to reset it and see what happens, when mine had a freezing problem a few months ago that fixed it straight away..
